The Bluffs Property Owners Association (POA) is a non-profit organization which serves The Bluffs on Thompson Creek property owners and community. The POA's vision is to sustain The Bluffs as a beautiful, safe and exceptional place to live. Our community is comprised of 460+ residential lots with more than 250 beautiful, completed homes including single-family residences, townhomes and condos.

Our community is home to The Bluffs Country Club which boasts an award-winning, Arnold Palmer designed golf course. We are also home to a condo-style lodging facility known as The Lodge at the Bluffs. Convenient links to these facilities are located at the bottom of this page.
