Membership Services
Welcome! The Association is responsible for providing various support services for the community ranging from those which are infrastructure-related to member communications. If you are a prospective property owner, you need to know that membership in the Association is automatic upon purchase of a residence or lot in the Bluffs on Thompson Creek.
Association members are guided by the Covenants and Restrictions which outline the common expectations and values of those who choose to live in our community. All members are required to pay dues, based upon property type, to support the Association in carrying out its obligations and responsibilities.
Membership Services is staffed by the POA Administrator. The Administrator is available to assist with questions and provide information for prospective and current owners, realtors and other interested parties. Contact information for the Administrator is provided below.
