The next meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Monday, February 13, 2012 at 6:30 pm in the Sevin Room at the Clubhouse. Property owners are welcome to attend. Persons interested in appearing before the Board, please contact any Board member or the POA Administrator to be placed on the agenda.

Update on Sewer System. (October 5, 2011) Bids have been received and approved by the Board for repairs and improvements to the sewer system. Equipment has been ordered and installation of new pumps will begin as the equipment is delivered. New pumps will be installed at Sunrise and Oakley and modifications will be made at the Laurel Hill lift station. The work was approved in two phases. Phase 1 being installation of new equipment and Phase 2 for force main modifications. __________________________________________________________________
